The Contract
Given to Tom: "The first time I am shown a contract is at the end of 2009, Ranken solicited me, contacted me and asked me to go to his office. He drew up a contract and said we would be under him, because he wanted to see us get our rights. After that, he had us sign a contract and never gave us a copy. Later, in 2012, he disappears on vacation. He comes back one day after deadline we set, "I guess we missed it. Maybe we were wrong...? Maybe we can proceed then." Then he prepared the file as our attorney, files for us and gives us an email thread (seen below) Good News, we're on our way but I have to talk to you." The next day he said, "I filed it pro per in your name because I forgot my license was inactive." (see active dates of his law license with the Bar Association of Hawaii & California)
He forged my name on the filing and put it through without my permission. He then says, "I can't remember if I gave you the contract or not, but I'll draw it up the same as it was and give you a copy." That is THIS contract, dated June 13, 2013.
He said he would draw it up and serve the defendants. Then he disappeared again. I emailed him, "Okay, I'm going to contract the Judge." and he responds... "I'll have Warner Brothers give us an extension and I'll get my license reinstated."
Why did I sign this contract? We are supposed to trust our legal counsel and he had the sticky notes of where to sign and pushed us into signing "The same contract you've signed before."
Remember this date... June 13, 2013
See below... Anthony Ranken's license was miraculously reactivated in California 3.14.13 for four years only.
Email Chain of Attorney Lying
You will see here, Anthony Ranken, representing me, emails the Lawyers that Warner Bros hired to represent them.
Here are some of the lies you'll see:
"He's told his client all about this contract." ... he didn't. Read my reply...
I replied, I do not consent to 'For Attorney Eyes Only.' he scolded me in a "reply all" and then agreed anyway.
I replied that I don't comply with not seeing evidence in my case and won't file under these circumstances; he filed without my permission.
On the stipulation order filed, without my permission, it says, "this is to certify that I, the undersigned, have fully read and .... I hereby agree.... strictest of confidence...." I did not agree to any of this. I never signed this. Under the "penalty of perjury," signature line says, "---- s Anthony l. Ranken by Email, attorney for Tom Althouse."

The filed stipulation order...That I NEVER SIGNED to file.
This whole stipulation order is a complete shutdown of the case because of the specific clauses, blocking the public from ever seeing that Warner Bros has no working drafts
This document seals:
"This will never go on record. There is no evidence. The public will never know. A judge, jury and plantiff will never see it."
"Attorney Eyes Only"
"Highly Confidential"
Handwritten words from clerk in a column, "The court cannot agree to the stipulation regarding use of information at trial. The instant protective order is before the court for discovery purposes only. "
This gives them full power over the court.
"Resolve the disputes..." crossed-out section - If anyone wants to see anything, there needs to be a hearing on each item one at a time to be decided on. And the crossed-out section about conflicts...this information is sealed for all future cases.
This says I agreed to give all my power over to them regarding discovery.
Later in the deposition on tape, "It's a moot point to ask for discovery, we don't have anything."
This document allows WB to hide this in perpetuity.
The corrupt contract & email thread shows this stipulation order was fraudulently filed and approved, and if a court of law removes this fraudulent protective order, all discovery information will be available for future cases in this regard.
